Julianne Condo was established in 1987. Managed by a trustworthy team of board members, the association consistently maintains communications with owners/tenants as well as updates on association happenings. This site provides important information regarding board meetings, insurance, financial information, and construction projects.
Upcoming important events and meetings are listed in the calendar and updates are provided regularly in the updates section. Owners and tenants may now pay their monthly fees using PayPal. If you need to contact the board members or super, click here for more information.

The superintendent will be away on vacation from July 24, 2026 to August 10, 2026. Please plan accordingly if you are taking on a construction plan.
Monthly Payment
Owners may pay their monthly maintenance fee online via PayPal. However, as of April 1, 2016 you must add 4% of your maintenance fee to your total payment in order to cover our cost of using Paypal services. If you fail to do so, the 4% cost will be added to your following month statement. Enter the amount you owe inside the box and then click on the "pay now" button. All payments will be sent directly to the Association. You may also transfer your payment through your bank to our account at Bank Of America using our email address "juliannecondos@aol.com". There are no additional fees for bank transfers.
